1. Transparent Pricing & On-Site Inspection Policy
Starting prices. Final price is confirmed on-site after a quick inspection, before any work starts.
All online package pricing reflects starting baseline rates based on vehicle size categories (Small sedan/coupe, 2-Row SUV, 3-Row SUV, Truck, Van). Prior to starting work, our detailer conducts a walk-around inspection alongside the customer to assess excessive biohazards, mold, pet hair, severe paint oxidation, heavy mud caking, or interior stains requiring specialized labor. The customer is given the exact final total for confirmation before any tool touches the vehicle.
2. Mobile Service Requirements
As a 100% mobile service serving Aubrey, TX and surrounding areas, 4 Alarm Detail Co travels directly to the client's driveway, residential garage, or workplace. The client is responsible for ensuring:
- Lawful permission to detail the vehicle at the designated address/property.
- A safe, clear perimeter around the vehicle for equipment, hoses, and safe operation.
- Vehicle access (unlocked doors, keys present) at the scheduled appointment arrival time.
- Removal of all personal valuables, firearms, cash, and sensitive items from the cabin prior to arrival.
3. SMS & Communication Consent
By submitting a quote or appointment booking, you agree to receive SMS notifications regarding your quote, appointment scheduling confirmations, technician arrival updates, and direct service inquiries.
